Starting out in some of the most exclusive salons in Colorado, he quickly built a reputation as one of Denver's top colorists. Pushing the envelope of color every day behind the chair helped put Ty's name on the short list of Denver's high end clientele. After many years as a lead stylist in Cherry Creek, Ty decided to develop his own concept. After opening Blanc The Salon in October of 2004 he and his team of talented stylist's rapidly rose to the top of Denver.

Ty's accolades include Framesi Educator and 5280's Color Guru for 2006. Blanc The Salon awards include City Search's "Top Color Salon" as well as 5280's "Top of the Town" hair salon 2006. Ty and his team will continue to lead Denver's hair and fashion industry at their new home, Rockstar Industries Inc, in Cherry Creek. You can expect Ty and the team to always be involved in many fashion driven events.

You can catch Ty scooting around town on his motorcycle with his infamous faux hawk and tattoo drenched arms. Always willing to stop and say hello.
